APRIL 2025 ASTROLOGY HOROSCOPE FOR YOUR ZODIAC SIGN

We are riding right into April! As a carryover from March, it will be one of the slowest months of 2025—so rather than pushing against the grain, do your best to relax, lie low, rest and recharge, enjoy the moment, and reconnect with what makes you happiest. The month will start with a surge of firepower, though, as the solar eclipse at the end of March will still be quite potent at this time—so keep your antennae up for synchronicities, destined events, or kismet meetings.

There are two other significant—and rare—factors that I want to mention for you this month. On April 4, 2025, Saturn will sextile Uranus. In general terms, what I mean when I say that is that Saturn, our planet of life lessons, will link in a sweet way with Uranus, the planet of evolution. This means that our lives will experience change in the weeks that surround this date, but the changes that are integrated will happen quite beneficially. Long-term plans built and launched now will aid us in experiencing new horizons. This would be an ideal time to sign a contract, launch an endeavor, or begin something of importance. Even though I wouldn’t suggest normally doing this because Venus and Mercury are retrograde, I think this energy is too positive to miss. Harness it!

Late in the month, Saturn will unite with the North Node on April 21, 2025. This is a very rare transit, as well, and will bring life lessons and karmic situations for you to face. It is likely whatever enters your life at this time will require great levels of perseverance and attention, but could lead you to long-term progress. At the end of March, we also witnessed Neptune, planet of spirituality, moving into the high skies of Aries. Jupiter, the planet of growth, will move through the heavens of Gemini from May 25, 2024, until June 9, 2025. During this period in time, Jupiter will bring expansion and joy to all of the areas that Gemini rules: communications (such as advertising, branding, marketing, podcasting, blogging, web design, and all industries connected to these areas and to a limited degree of publishing, but especially short-form content), the mind, travel (especially short-distance travel), academics and learning, and social media. However, it is also extremely important to note that Jupiter is weaker in this zodiac sign—known to be in its “detriment.” This means that Jupiter, while still granting us abilities to expand, will have a harder time distilling its energy to bring us rapid and expansive results. While it will not create challenges or “bad” scenarios for us, we may need to apply more effort to manifest results in our lives—particularly around any theme that Gemini rules. Gemini, as a zodiac sign, craves freedom and adventure, and we will, too, during this time—but we will need to be more intentional and focused rather than just spinning off in a whirlwind. If we do, we could find that our goals, energies, and plans dissipate without any staying power and we are consistently spinning our wheels, getting nowhere fast. On a positive note, those who are focused will be able to speak, learn, write, and connect more potently and build their networks. The pace of life will be livelier, upbeat, optimistic, and engaging. Plan for travel during this time and you could make dazzling memories. All those who work in Gemini-ruled businesses will thrive: writers, speakers, education, travel, communications, air-related industries, aeronautics, journalism, linguistics, tourism, and to a limited degree, politics. Jupiter enters its pre-shadow phase on July 8, 2024 at Gemini 11 degrees. Jupiter leaves post-shadow on April 30, 2025. Prepare for a major turning point to begin on March 7, 2023. Saturn, the mighty planet of karma and life lessons, will soar into the reefs of Pisces until May 24, 2025 and again from September 1, 2025 to February 13, 2026. Important learning curves and karmic transitions will take place in regards to all areas that Pisces rules: spirituality, creativity, psychology, mental health, prescriptions, prisons, the unconscious, and healing. Important information about fear, anxiety, and addictions will emerge in the period to come. Karma will come before us and we will find it is time to heal it and let it go. This will be a tremendous period for releasing anything that is holding us back from ascending to our highest good. False prophets, gurus, and secret societies will fall, as well as a streamlining of mainstream spirituality and religion. There will likely be a major overhaul in regards to the medical, psychological, and prison systems. Secrets hidden and disguised in the past thirty years could be aired out in our lives and on a global scale, too. There will be a great focus on how we rest, “escape reality,” and live in illusions or delusions. The key will be to face the truth rather than running away. Those who do so may suffer great losses and further build toxic karma that will need to be resolved in the future or in lives to come. Saturn enters pre-shadow on April 6, 2025 (at 25 degrees Pisces), so pay attention to any things that begin to slow down or need revision at this time. On July 12, 2025, Saturn will turn retrograde (at 1 degrees Aries). Saturn turns direct on November 27, 2025 (at 25 degrees Pisces). Saturn leaves post-shadow on March 2, 2026 (at 1 degrees Aries). Be sure to pay attention to the situations popping up near these weeks.

Pluto, the planet of rebirth, death, transformation, and domination, will orbit in Aquarius until March 8, 2043, at which point it will weave in and out of Aquarius and Pisces. We are officially entering the Age of Aquarius on more a profound level as Pluto inches ever closer to where the Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn took place at the end of 2020. This will set off a chain reaction of events that will unfold over the coming two decades ahead. Pluto is a planet of intensity, destruction, transformation and rebirth. In a sense, Pluto is like a phoenix — burning down what does not work in order to rise again. Plutonian energy is very often malefic — bringing forth dramatic and painful experiences in order to shed light on truth and bring us incredibly profound growth. On one hand, Pluto can provide tremendous opportunities for renewal, new beginnings and spiritual and financial growth. However, the negative aspects of this mighty planet often lead to obsession, victimization, domination, power struggles, tyrannical control, war and death. All of the themes that Aquarius rules will experience upheaval during this time: social organization, social media, the Internet, humanitarianism, technology, equality and civil rights, socialism, space travel and exploration, and astrology. On January 10, 2025, Pluto will enter pre-shadow and begin to slow down (at 1 degrees Aquarius).

Electric Uranus will awaken on January 30, 2025 (at 23 degrees Taurus). Since 2018, the planet of revolution and liberation has predominantly been within the zodiac sign of Taurus. It will remain here until July 7, 2025. Then, it will go into Gemini. However, again, it will retrograde and return to Taurus from November 8, 2025 but again leave April 26, 2026 where it will not return for 84 years. Uranus is the planet of transformation, radical change, crisis, and freedom. Whenever it interacts with another planet, shocks and surprises are bound to happen, for better or worse. Even when Uranus causes things to feel chaotic or cause great pain, it always is forcing us to move forward and bring better institutions into creation. Uranus pushes humanity toward its greatest good and to find newfound ways to grow and solve the problems of the collective. When it resides within Taurus for a span of years, the things that Taurus rules will vastly be affected. The things we can expect to see mostly affected are global financial institutions, global currencies, and environmentalism. Expect further developments in these areas for the months to come. Neptune, the Great Diffuser, will venture into the realm of Aries for the first time in nearly 165 years. This next journey occurs from March 30, 2025 until October 22, 2025, and will return later this decade. Neptune, as a planetary archetype, brings spirituality, emotion, healing, and imagination to the realm that it occupies. These are the heightened vibrations we can expect. However, it also brings illusion, delusion, escapism, fantasy, manipulation, addiction, and imprisonment. Because of this, as Neptune moves through Aries, we will face the highs and lows of the Aries themes. Aries-ruled industries and projects will be touched by Neptunian spirituality, imagination, or delusion—“being the first to market,” “being the one breaking ground,” and beyond. The following industries will see evolution in the years to come: sports, gambling, theme parks, military and weapons, metal, cars, facial beauty products and reconstruction, anything facial-oriented, meat, and anything entrepreneurial or thrill seeking. Self-help and wellness companies that focus on “being a leader” and “stepping into your power” will face judgement, particularly in regards to those who are healing and helpful versus those who are deceptive and con artists. However, it is also crucial to note that now that we all live in the digital world of “self-promotion”—this ties to any social media or branding presence. Our cosmic messenger, mental Mercury, flutter kicks through Pisces until March 3, 2025. This will help our thinking processes to be more imaginative, colorful, and intuitive. We will be highly attuned to our emotions and those of others, which can aid in sensitive communication. Next, our cosmic messenger, Mercury, sizzles on the cliffs of Aries from March 3, 2025 until March 29, 2025. However, Mercury will station retrograde in Aries (at 9 degrees) on March 15, 2025. Mercury returns to Pisces on March 29, 2025 and awakens from its retrograde on April 7, 2025. Mercury chugs along in Pisces in direction motion again until April 15, 2025. Mercury leaves post-shadow on April 26, 2025 and remain in Aries until May 10, 2025. The transit of Mercury in Aries will make our minds especially active and our words sharp! We are less concerned of objective perspectives and more eager to reach a decision rapidly: particularly one that serves us! Our conversations will be more passionate as we channel the bold and assertive nature of Aries. We will want to take the lead in our communications: for better or worse, and we could end up ruffling some feathers. However, Mercury retrograde in Aries will cause challenges around how we assert ourselves around our ideas, showcase our egos, and fight in communication. Mercury retrograde in Pisces will cause challenges around illusions, delusions, anxieties, hidden matters, secret enemies, secrets of all kinds, and mental health.

Venus, our planet of love and pleasure, will retrograde from March 1, 2025 until April 12, 2025. This often makes us reconnect with people and relationships from the past and is an amazing time to rekindle a rapport or find closure. However, it is not a good time to make big decisions around love, beauty, or money. Yet, if you still hold a candle for someone from the past—like the “one who got away”—this is one of the best months to reunite, see if you’ve each grown, and if you’re ready to give it another go. Also, note that since you aren’t seeing anything related to Venus correctly—love, beauty, or money—you may need to review, reassess, and revise how you approach each of them. Venus will retrograde from 10 degrees Aries to 24 degrees Pisces. Venus retrogrades in Aries from March 1, 2025 until it re-enters Pisces on March 27, 2025. Venus retrograde in Aries will cause us to review how we assert ourselves in love, choose independence, and pursue our heart’s desires. This can create more “wars and conflicts” around love and relationships. We may be reconnecting with people who have a fiery, combative, passionate, or ego-focused temperament. Venus retrograde in Pisces will cause us to review how we connect on a soul or karmic level in love and relationships. Past-life relationships may be attracted to us. We may be reconnecting with people who have a spiritual, mystical, imaginative, or creative temperament—or people who are addicts, conman, delusional, or casting illusions of who they truly are. Our goddess, Venus, decides it’s time to tour the hills of Aries from April 30, 2025 until June 5, 2025. When Venus is in Aries, we are direct and bold in love. This will be a time when you can go after a conquest and start a passionate love affair or take charge in your relationship and bring more adventure to your union. Be passionate. Be courageous. Sizzling Mars will swim in the shallows of Cancer until April 17, 2025. The red planet is a fiery one, so it will conflict with the very watery nature of this zodiac sign. This will be a supermoon! This lunation will be a partial solar eclipse. The regions that will be able to see it are: Europe, North in Asia, North/West Africa, Much of North America, North in South America, Atlantic, Arctic. The first location to see the partial eclipse begin will start 1:50 AM (Pacific), with maximum eclipse at 3:47 AM (Pacific), and the last location seeing the partial eclipse at 5:43 AM (Pacific). It is the last eclipse in Aries between 2023 and 2025. The actions and plans you launch now will culminate around the full moon in Aries (14 degrees) on October 6, 2025. Be brave. Be passionate. Be proud. The solar eclipse will bring a surge of excitement and passion to our lives, as we will be inspired to take the leap and move in a new direction. The new moon in Taurus (7 degrees) arrives on April 27, 2025 at 12:31 PM (Pacific) or 3:31 PM (Eastern). It opens a doorway of opportunity for seven to ten days after it arrives. The situations, plans, conversations, and relationships initiated now will reach culmination near the full moon in Taurus (13 degrees) on November 5, 2025.
