However, first and foremost, I do not think this union will last. They not only began dating and seeing each other during Venus retrograde, but also Mercury retrograde, showing that ultimately things are not going to match up. The only way they could is if they really took their time and went with the flow and “became official” much later in the year, or at least after mid-October 2023.
They certainly have many astrological aspects in their synastry that brings romance, flirtation, passion, chemistry, and fun. I do think they both easily realize they could be a power couple. However, I think they will also potentially unlock some strong behaviors and reactions around control, especially with the potential for overwhelming passion, jealousy, possessiveness, and manipulation. But I also think this could be a really rewarding union, too, as they can feed one another to think outside of the box and try new things and see new things, too. This is all indicated by a lot of Uranus, Saturn, Mars, and Pluto activate between them.

When looking at my compatibility rating for Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet, I give them a 5 out of 10. Even though they don’t have the highest of ratings, this can actually work in their favor if they are willing to put in the effort to see where this can go. On a positive note, because their compatibility rating is more balanced (5 out of 10 isn’t bad, it just isn’t as “star-crossed”), they are less likely to be a whirlwind love affair that brings endless passion or drama, and will either build slowly or inevitably fizzle out organically to become friends, confidants, or even business associates.
Romance and Intimacy Compatibility
When it comes to their romantic and sexual compatibility, this feels like a more sensual, charming, and comfortable rapport between them rather than an explosive fire. On one hand, this could become boring to Kylie in particular due to her Leo Sun and thirst for adventure, but can also provide a more stable foundation if that’s what they both desire at this point in their lives. There is a strong sense of caring and sharing between them, with an enjoyment of beauty, art, socializing, and harmony. They have similar rhythms and can find their connection enlightening. Next up, while they do have many opportunities for connection, these are more from a sensual, compassionate angle rater than a truly profound intellectual or mental meeting of the minds. This is why I find them more aligned as friends (or obviously casual lovers), rather than two powerhouses who can mastermind and outwit or outmaneuver others like a King and Queen. In truth, they do have a lot of challenging angles in their rapport, which can create blockages, restrictions, and controlling behavior—unless they are able to truly negotiate a sense of freedom and open-mindedness. Kylie’s Mars, the planet of anger and rage, clashes with Timothy’s Uranus, the planet of rebellion and eccentricity. This reveals that while sparks can fly, there will be an underlying current of tension that builds if one or the other is feeling controlled or manipulated in any way. If this is to occur, volatile aggression or deep resentment may occur. Then, Kylie’s Saturn, the planet of dominance, clashes with Timothy’s Mars, once again showing that beneath it all there will be some friction about discipline, rigidity, or control—as both have strong egos and will dig their heels in the sand if tension builds. To be upfront, I think Kylie will be the more dominant, confident, and authoritative of the two. Timothee could find this charming and hot, especially with his Virgo Rising and Pisces Moon, but his Capricorn Sun could inevitably find that this pushes his buttons.
Career and Financial Compatibility
Yet, despite this, there is certainly a possibility of economic gain and power. In truth, this feels more like a strategic power couple association to work in tandem for fun, publicity, and “getting back at exes or naysayers,” as they do feel comfortable with one another and can trust each other. But ultimately I do not feel they are as much of a true love soulmate connection. While both of their Midheavens interplay with one another’s charts (the Midheaven is tied to each person’s public recognition, fame, and career), the astrological dance taking place between them isn’t as graceful. For instance, their life paths may be ultimately different.
Again, this doesn’t mean they can’t put in the work to make it happen. But it would require a tremendous amount of compromise on both ends. You heard it here first.
