When it comes to relaxation and evening mindfulness, each zodiac sign has a special way to harness their strengths and bring more focus and energy into their sleep and preparation for the coming day. Here is a list of the best ways to optimize your evening routine according to your zodiac sign.

 

ARIES (MARCH 21 – APRIL 19): UNPLUG FROM SOCIAL MEDIA

As one of the most active and energized zodiac signs, Aries are prone to craving adrenaline and not knowing how to shut their minds off. The best way to calm down and get great sleep is by unplugging from social media at least an hour prior to bed. Staring into a light in the dark keeps your brain awake, so prioritize your own mental health rather than staring at your Instagram.

 

TAURUS (APRIL 20 – MAY 20): BE MINDFUL OF WHAT YOU EAT AND DRINK

Taurus are known for their love of food, but eating right before bed can actually not be the best thing to do for you. Caffeine is also not good to have before sleeping because it’ll keep you alert and potentially more prone to nightmares and night anxiety. Be aware of what you’re putting in your body!
